FAQs

How much does home care cost?

The cost of home care depends on the level and type of support required. Domiciliary care visits are priced per hour, while live-in care and complex care packages are costed individually based on the full picture of a person's needs.

We will always be transparent about costs before any care begins. There are no hidden charges.
If you are self-funding, we can explain what to expect clearly and without any pressure. If you think you may be eligible for funding support, we can help you understand your options — including Continuing Healthcare (CHC) funding, which is available through the NHS for people with significant health needs.

For a specific quote, please get in touch and one of our team will talk it through with you.

Is Blossom Healthcare Solutions regulated and inspected?

Yes. Blossom Healthcare Solutions is registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. We are also listed on homecare.co.uk, where families can read verified reviews from clients and their families.

We take our regulatory responsibilities seriously, and we welcome scrutiny. Our approach to care, training and supervision is designed to meet the highest standards, not just to satisfy inspectors, but because it is the right way to work.

What happens after I get in touch?

After you submit an enquiry or call us, one of our team will be in contact (usually within one working day) to have an initial conversation. This is an opportunity to tell us about the situation, ask any questions and get a feel for whether we are the right fit.

If you decide to go ahead, we will arrange a no-obligation care assessment at home. This is where we get to understand the person properly: their needs, their preferences, the things that matter to them. From there, we build a support plan and introduce the right carer.

There is no pressure at any stage. We move at your pace.
