🚶Health Walks Talk by HCC

We were also pleased to welcome representatives from Hertfordshire County Council (HCC), who delivered an informative talk on Health Walks in the Stevenage area.

They highlighted how these walks are open to all abilities and are a great way to improve both physical health and mental wellbeing. The session provided useful information on local routes and how to get involved, encouraging residents to take simple steps towards a healthier lifestyle.
